Investors in People
In October 2007 we were awarded the Investors in People standard, this award was attributed to us in recognition of our commitment to staff training and development. The Investors in People process enabled us as a company to realise our objectives and improve our performance through the training and development of our team.
Train to Gain
Train to Gain is a government scheme that encourages ongoing training and development. We participated in this scheme as we believe that maintaining a team who has access to regular training significantly contributes towards ensuring our position at the forefront of regulatory affairs.
